My name is Patrick Paladino. I am a dad, a son, a brother, an uncle, and a man. I am a suicide attempt survivor, a sufferer of severe depression, and a parent that lost a toddler.

I spent a large portion of my life feeling that I was alone and the only one who could understand the things I have experienced. I have learned that none of us are alone and I want to shed light on the things us men do not talk about.
